Top 7 Health Hacks For Busy Person | Sohit
In today’s life, we all are busy. Some people are busy in
their studies and colleges, some in their business and office, and some their
person life and personal problems. But in such a busy life we forget the most
important thing of our life, our Health. Yaa! Now you remember that health is
something that needs your maximum attention, but you are too busy for that,
Right? Don’t worry, I am here for you guys, just follow these simple steps that
are very easy to do and it doesn’t even going to feel that you have already
work for your health. So, without a further due, let’s get straight into it.
1) 10 Early Minutes: -
You don’t have to disturb your beautiful sleep for like 1 or
hours. Just wake up 10 minutes early than the time you are going to wake up.
Yes, that’s all, 10 minutes to make you healthy. Because according to doctors, 10 minutes of meditation
is enough for your body if you are in hurry. Now Just sit down, and meditate
with a happy and peaceful mind. Through all the thoughts out of your mind and
give it a fresh and amazing start of the day. With the help of these 10-minute
meditations every day is like a new life for you. Also, this meditation improves
your blood flow, import positive thoughts, keeps you healthy, give you an all-day
energy, and many other amazing things that are enough to change your life.
2) Squat Brushing: -
While you are cleaning your teeth, why not we just make our
body healthy. Nothing much, just do some squats for your healthy body. While brushing
just keep you back stick to a wall, and bend your legs in 90-degree angle and “sit”.
You just have to keep this thing up for 2-3 minutes, until you brush your teeth.
If you don’t know how to do this correctly, then you can search it online as “wall
squats” and get the proper way to do this.
3) Swap The Breakfast: -
This step is very simple, you just have to switch your
unhealthy food with any fruit like apple or anything healthy. For example, if
you are eating fries or burger in your breakfast, then you can change these
things with any kind of fruit. If you want to gain weight, then just eat banana
with milk, or make milkshake with banana. And if you want to lose your weight,
then just drink black coffee and one apple. These kinds of swaps give you high
amount of energy with all the protein and nutrition. These mixture work on your
body from day 1 and help you to gain weight (banana shake) or lose it (black coffee
and apple). So, whenever you eat your breakfast, just put a nutritious fruit in
it. And watch your body, changing shape dramatically.

4) Water Is Too Important: -
Even if it is summer or winter drinking water time to time
is the most important thing. It not just keeps your body hydrated, it also gives
you a healthy body. Yes, water give help your body to get all the nutrition
from your food. Bring a big bottle for water and make sure there are marks of liter
on it, so that you can measure the amount of water you are drinking. Make a
goal of dink one bottle before the lunch break and one till the end of office.
But if you are already doing work out, then add more water according to your physiotherapist’s
suggestions.
5) Stand And Walk: -
Standing and walking is something that doesn’t comes under an
exercise but still it burns 50 calories extra than just sitting in the chair. So,
if you can do your work or you are doing your work from a long time, then just
stand up and if possible than walk here and there for few minutes. This thing
also helps your body to become healthy faster. Also, if you are talking to your
friend or have a meeting with any other colleague, then just walk and talk with
them.
6) Give Yourself a Break: -
Giving the pleasure of rest to your brain which is working from
the start of the day. In the middle of the work, just sit back and close your
eyes and relax for 1 minute or 2. You can put alarm in your mobile as a reminder.
With the gap of 1 hour perform this speed rest. And then you can see that you
brain is feeling fresh even at the end of the day. So just keep this step in
your mind, relax in the middle of work.

7) Just sleep: -
Now this is something that makes you happy, Right? Making health
while sleeping. But Yes, you can keep your health perfect with the help of the
sleep. Because sleep is very important for our mind and body, if you are not
getting enough sleep then after few days, your body start to making weaker, day
by day. And your mind loose it’s sensations, and control on your body. Because of the less amount of rest, your mind
starts to take extra power to keep itself healthy. And due to all these
activities your all of your workout ends up to no point. So, keep that thing on
your top priority, because if your body and mind are not in your control than
there is nothing you can do with health.
