normal that we feel down once in a while, but a content or frequent sadness is
pretty bad for you. Even in the scenarios like family gathering or party, it’s
possible that you are feeling like you just want to stick your face in the
pillow and don’t talk to anyone. That time when your boss shouted on you, and
even after a month your face is down, it might be depression If you are
constantly feeling sad or disconnected to your surroundings, then it may

for you to concentrate on something. Not Just studying, it could be anything,
that is you find difficult to concentrate on. That simple task that a that a
kid can achieve is feels like a climbing Mount Everest just because you can’t
concentrate. All of these scenarios are indicating that you might have
depression, as the overwhelming thoughts and tired mind makes it harder for us
concentrate on simplest tasks too.
Be in bed and do nothing
We all are
fond of something, tracking, cycling, cooking, reading, or even playing. We all
got a particular time when we used to love doing it. But now, we just feel like
laying in our bed and sleep. Loosing interest in thing that we once used to
love is a pretty common sign of depression. With time we lost the lust we used
to get from those activities and at the end dropping it. Waking up late in
afternoon, eating way too less or way too much, then sleeping again or keep
scrolling through the phone, keeping yourself awake till its morning again, and
then waking up late in afternoon. Such activities are pretty common among the
youngsters and major chunk of them are suffering from depression. It is a kind
of stage where we just don’t want to do anything as there is nothing that
excites us now. We just keep moving forward in life without going out of the
house.
We know it
is pretty hard out there struggling with the depression and anxiety alone. But
you know what, we might don’t have the kind of people who understand us or our
feelings. We might don’t have those people who respect your decisions and
doesn’t shout on you mistakes. But there will be a day when that particular one
person, who care about you and your feeling above all will meet you. And if you
give up now, you are betraying his/her feelings and making one more person as
depressed as you. So Keep fighting this hard time and wait for that someone or
something, who makes you happy from core of your heart.
